## A Steady, Healthy Hold

*Dhamaal 4* collected Rs. 6.75 crore on its sixth day, registering a drop of roughly 20% from Monday — a fairly normal decline for a film at this stage of its run. That brings the total India collection to approximately Rs. 89 crore nett, with the full first week expected to close around Rs. 95 crore nett.

While the drop could have been a touch better, it’s holding up notably stronger than *Welcome To The Jungle*, which saw a steeper 25% decline followed by further 15–20% drops over the following days.

## Why Dhamaal 4 Has an Advantage

Part of what’s working in the film’s favor is a relatively clear runway ahead. Unlike *Welcome To The Jungle*, which faced direct competition from *Alpha* in its second week before effectively wrapping up once *Dhamaal 4* released, this film’s second week will go up against *The Odyssey* — a title that draws a completely different audience. With no major releases scheduled for the third week either, *Dhamaal 4* is set up for what amounts to a practically open three-week run, giving it room to keep building on its current numbers.

*Dhamaal 4* is the latest entry in the long-running [Dhamaal](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dhamaal) comedy franchise, which has built a loyal audience across its previous installments, and the current trend suggests this latest chapter is connecting well with that same crowd.
