Some films fight for every crore. *Dhamaal 4* isn’t one of them. Ajay Devgn’s comedy caper has strolled past the Rs. 100 crore mark on Day 8, holding steady even as a major new release entered theatres this week.

## The Numbers So Far

The film added Rs. 5.95 crore on its second Friday, a mild 5% dip from the previous day — a genuinely strong hold given that *The Odyssey* released the same week. That steady trend pushed its total past the century mark, closing Day 8 at Rs. 101.20 crore nett.

## Dhamaal 4 Box Office At A Glance

| Day | Collection |
| --- | --- |
| Friday (Opening) | Rs. 14.00 crore |
| Saturday | Rs. 22.50 crore |
| Sunday | Rs. 28.00 crore |
| Monday–Thursday | Rs. 24.50 crore |
| 2nd Friday | Rs. 5.95 crore (est.) |
| **Total (Day 8)** | **Rs. 101.20 crore** |

## Why The Hold Is So Impressive

Trade tracking credits this resilience to audience segmentation: *The Odyssey* caters to a very different crowd, leaving *Dhamaal 4* with what amounts to a near three-week open run before *Spider-Man: Brand New Day* arrives and starts competing for the same family and comedy audience. With this trend intact, the film is projected to add another Rs. 16-20 crore over its second weekend, pushing the running total to roughly Rs. 110-115 crore, and industry estimates now peg its full theatrical run at over Rs. 150 crore nett — officially making it a Clean Hit.

## The Bigger Picture

The result adds another comfortable win to the résumé of one of Hindi cinema’s most dependable comedy leads. Ajay Devgn has appeared in over 100 films and won numerous accolades, including four National Film Awards and four Filmfare Awards, and *Dhamaal* has long been one of the franchises he can consistently rely on to draw a crowd, regardless of what else is competing in theatres that week.
