Tollywood just dropped a bombshell. If you were patiently waiting for **Devara: Part 2** with director Koratala Siva back at the helm for Jr NTR, it’s time to readjust your expectations. The acclaimed filmmaker’s next project won’t feature Tarak — it will be a brand-new collaboration with the one and only **Nandamuri Balakrishna**, tentatively titled **NBK112**. Yes, you read that right.

### The Koratala–Balayya Combo Nobody Predicted

The makers officially confirmed that Koratala Siva will collaborate with Nandamuri Balakrishna for the tentatively titled NBK112, with the cryptic announcement reading, “The Stars Align. A Festival Awaits.” [MtvSplitsVillaX6](https://mtvsplitsvillax6.se/)

No further plot or cast details have been revealed yet — but honestly, just the pairing of these two powerhouses is enough to send the Telugu film industry into overdrive.

This also effectively answers the burning question about **Devara: Part 2**. While the first film ended with a post-credit scene hinting at a sequel, it appears that the director has moved on for now — though it has not been officially confirmed whether the sequel has been shelved. So fans of Jr NTR’s sea-warrior saga still have a sliver of hope, just not in the immediate future. [MtvSplitsVillaX6](https://mtvsplitsvillax6.se/)

### What’s on Balayya’s Plate Right Now?

Nandamuri Balakrishna was last seen in *Akhanda 2: Thaandavam*, directed by Boyapati Sreenu, which received mixed-to-negative reviews and turned out to be a box office failure. After that disappointment, NBK112 with Koratala Siva feels like a genuine course correction — and Telugu audiences are here for it. [MtvSplitsVillaX6](https://mtvsplitsvillax6.se/)

The actor is also set to collaborate with director Gopichandh Malineni for another project, tentatively titled NBK111. That means Balayya fans have not one but *two* exciting films to look forward to — a rare treat. [MtvSplitsVillaX6](https://mtvsplitsvillax6.se/)

### Why This Collaboration Could Be Massive

Koratala Siva is known for crafting films with mass appeal, strong patriotic undertones, and high emotional drama — think *Janatha Garage* and *Acharya*. Pair that visual storytelling style with Balayya’s raw, larger-than-life screen presence, and you’ve got a recipe for a genuine festival blockbuster. The tagline “A Festival Awaits” isn’t coincidental — it signals a theatrical event aimed squarely at a massive theatrical release window.
