Paris Saint-Germain have reached an agreement with Rennes for Desire Doue. The young winger is all set to join the Parisians over the coming days. The two clubs have agreed the fees and the terms of the transfer, and it will be made official over the coming days.
Bayern Munich were also interested in the player and had several €60 million bids turned down. Now, they have been ruled out of the race with the youngster opting to remain in France.

The 19-year-old has been likened to Neymar and Jeremy Doku given how skilled he is with the ball at his feet. Primarily a left winger, Doue could be the direct replacement for Kylian Mbappe at PSG after the 25-year-old signed for Real Madrid upon the expiry of his contract.
Doue is set to undergo his medical tests in the coming days to finalise the transfer. PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi, sporting director Luis Campos and head coach Luis Enrique were all involved in the deal.
With the club firmly believing that they have signed a gem for the future, it’ll be interesting to see how the 19-year-old adapts to his new surroundings in the country’s capital.
