The supernatural saga *Demonte Colony 3* faces a chilling delay. Originally slated for September 2026, industry disputes over OTT windows have pushed the release to October 1. Arulnithi and Priya Bhavani Shankar return for this darker, ‘A’-rated installment filmed globally. Fans are bracing for an intense, high-stakes horror experience as the franchise pushes boundaries with its most ambitious production yet.
