Dell’s upcoming flagship gaming Alienware M15 series will be launched in the coming days, and we have got a huge leak regarding their upcoming R5 model. It seems to sports a new design compared to the R4 model, including visible changes around the hinges as well as at the back where a large led strip is located.
The current-gen of Dell’s Alienware M15 laptop features the Intel 10th Gen core CPU series and NVIDIA GeForce RTX-30 series graphics. The upcoming R5 model upgrades to offer both AMD Ryzen 5000H (Cezanne) and 11th Gen Core (Tiger Lake-H) processors.
The model was spotted with AMD Ryzen processors, shared by Dell China (via My Laptop Guide), equipped with 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 5800H CPU and GeForce RTX 3060 mobile GPU. However, Videocardz also confirmed rumors that Dell might equip the new Alienware series with up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics.
However, this Dell Alienware M15 R5 model features a Full HD display with a 165Hz refresh rate. It is paired with 16GB DDR4 memory and 1TB of NVMe SSD. The gaming laptop has been listed at 16,999 RMB that converts around 2,600 USD or 2,188 EUR.
