Once heralded as the heir of the midfield at Spurs, Dele Alli finds himself on the outskirts of the Tottenham Hotspur team. The player has barely featured under Jose Mourinho and looks tempted to look for another club in an attempt to secure more playing time.
What makes the situation a little tricky is the fact that Daniel Levy is very fond of Dele Alli. Hence, forcing the attacking midfielder out of the club will be a difficult task considering how Levy always likes to win.
However, keeping the player on the bench whilst paying him a decent fee is actually a losing position, and having him apply his trade at another club whilst saving yourself some money, as well as possibly making some and getting a seasoned player in the future seems like a win.
Alli has found himself out of the England squad on the back of the little playing time that he has had in the Tottenham midfield and the fact that his position has been taken over by the likes of Giovanni Lo Celso and Harry Winks at the club.
Since Alli always wants to start games, a loan move away could help all parties involved.
Paris Saint-Germain have been linked with the midfielder. Everton are also among the clubs in the Premier League that have been keeping tabs on Alli should he be put on the transfer market.
