*Clayface* is now in theaters, and DC fans are already asking the big question: what’s next? According to The Direct’s October 23, 2026 rundown, there are **11 movies in the pipeline**, split between the main DCU and the standalone Elseworlds universe. Here’s your quick guide.

## The 6 Core DCU Clayface Movies

| Movie | What we know |
| --- | --- |
| **Man of Tomorrow** | Releases **July 9, 2027**. James Gunn directs. Superman and Lex Luthor team up against Brainiac. |
| **Savage Hunters** | Reported Deathstroke and Bane team-up. Matthew Orton is writing, and Greg Mottola is reportedly in the mix to direct. |
| **Wonder Woman** | Reboot in development, written by Ana Nogueira. |
| **The Brave and the Bold** | Introduces a new Batman and his son Damian Wayne. Christina Hodson and Andy Muschietti are expected to return. |
| **Swamp Thing** | Gothic horror from James Mangold. Peter Safran says it’s moving forward while the team waits on a draft. |
| **Teen Titans** | Reportedly built around Damian Wayne’s Robin. Currently paused behind Wonder Woman. |

| Movie | What we know |
| --- | --- |
| **Batman: Knightfall (Parts 2 and 3)** | Animated trilogy. *Knightquest* arrives later this year and *KnightsEnd* in 2027. |
| **The Batman: Part 2** | Hits theaters **February 18, 2028**. Matt Reeves directs, with Steven Soderbergh helping finish principal photography. |
| **Dynamic Duo** | Animated, arrives **September 22, 2028**. Features Dick Grayson and Jason Todd in a puppetry, stop-motion and CGI blend. |
| **Constantine 2** | Keanu Reeves returns. Still awaiting a greenlight and reportedly stuck on scripts. |

## My Take

The slate looks ambitious, but I’d treat the later titles with caution. Several projects, like *Savage Hunters* and *Teen Titans*, have no confirmed directors, leads or dates. The only two with firm release dates in live action are *Man of Tomorrow* and *The Batman: Part 2*, so those are the safest ones to circle on your calendar.

The tone is worth noting too. *Clayface* leans into R-rated body horror, and *Swamp Thing* is pitched as horror as well. That suggests DC Studios is willing to experiment beyond the standard superhero formula.
