Batman is an upcoming American superhero film based on DC comics that features Batman. It is directed by Matt Reeves and written by Matt Reeves and Peter Craig. It is produced by Matt Reeves and Dylan Clark and its production companies are DC Films and 6th & Idaho. The film is distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures.
DC’s Batman has played a huge role that has been portrayed for several different angels in its past. Along with Christopher Nola’s iconic trilogy was released in the last 15 years before Ben Affleck took over the role.
Now the time has come for a new actor to put on the suit, with Twilight’s Robert Pattinson landing the gig.
After the franchise took a little nose dive in popularity with Ben Affleck’s rendition of the role, hopefully, Pattinson can look to rejuvenate the character and bring back the success that Christian Bale had in the suit.

The film Batman stars Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne or Batman after Nicholas Hoult was reportedly beaten to the role by the former Twilight star, Zoe Kravitz as Selina Kyle or Catwoman, Paul Dano as Edward Nashton or Riddler taking up the reigns, in the characters first appearance in a live-action Batman movie since Jim Carrey played the role in Batman Forever., Jeffery Wright as Jamea Gordan as Commissioner, John Turturro as Carmine Falcone, Petersarsgaard as Gil Colson, Barry Keoghan as Stanley Markel, Jayme Lawson as Bella Real, Andy Serkis as Alferd Pennyworth, Colin Farrell as Oswald Cobblepot, or more commonly known as The Penguin.
Additionally, Alex Ferns portrays the role of Commissioner Pete Savage, while Gil Perez-Abraham, twins Charlie and Max Carver, Rupert Penry-Jones, and Con O’Neill was cast but their roles are not yet disclosed.
Release Date
The superhero film Batman is all set to be released in theatres on 4th March 2022. The film got delayed due to Covid-19 stopped it from being released in 2021.
If we don’t include Batman vs Superman, this will be the first solo Batman movie released in the last decade, since Christian Bale starred in The Dark Knight Rises back in 2012.
