Tennis enthusiasts from India, Asia, and Europe can now enjoy all the exhilarating action from the DafaNews Bengaluru Open 2024, as live coverage will be available on Eurosport starting from the quarter-finals this Friday.

The esteemed ATP Challenger event, hosted by the Karnataka State Lawn Tennis Association (KSLTA) at the KSLTA Stadium in Bengaluru, is set to conclude on Sunday.

This live broadcast provides fans not only in India and Asia but also in Europe a chance to experience the thrilling tournament. The competition features top international stars, including India’s highest-ranked singles player Sumit Nagal, who recently made his way into the ATP’s top-100, former World No. 25 Vasek Pospisil from Canada, and Coleman Wong—the highest-ranked Hong Kong male tennis player in history.

“The sixth edition of the DafaNews Bengaluru Open has seen fierce competition with players from 22 countries participating. We’re thrilled to announce that fans will be able to experience the excitement and intensity of the tournament from their homes, with live coverage starting on Eurosport this Friday. Expert commentary will provide depth and insight, enhancing the viewing experience. We hope this will help us promote the sport across India and beyond,” said Tournament Director Sunil Yajaman.

Eurosport, one of the premium sports channels, will also be broadcasting the upcoming Paris Olympics 2024. It has previously aired some of the world’s top sports competitions, including Formula One and ATP Tour 250.

The DafaNews Bengaluru Open 2024 boasts twelve gold sponsors, including real estate firms like the Prestige Group and Brigade Group, cable and broadband company ACT Fibernet, public sector banks Canara Bank and Bank of Baroda, and conglomerates Hitachi and JSW Group. Ultratech Cement, Brigade Group, SKME, Baranj Coal Mines Pvt Ltd, Ramco Cement, Prestige Group, ACT Fibernet, and Suprada Constructions Pvt Ltd., have also joined as gold sponsors.

The title sponsor is DafaNews, the Government of Karnataka’s Department of Tourism is the presenting sponsor, and Megha Engineering & Infrastructure Ltd is the platinum sponsor this year. The silver sponsors of the tournament are Hangyo, UnboxingBLR, Oil India and B.K.G Group Of Institutions.

The tournament’s other partners include Advaith Hyundai, The Chancery Pavilion, Head, 94.3 Radio One, Sparsh Hospital, Pepsi, and Nandini.
