Critics Choice Awards 2025 Full Winners List: The Film Critics Guild has officially announced the winners of the Critics’ Choice Awards 2025. This year introduced a new category for Best Documentary, recognizing outstanding feature-length documentaries. Nocturnes took home the award for its compelling storytelling.
In the Feature Films category, All We Imagine As Light won Best Feature Film, earning praise for its gripping narrative and artistic brilliance. The Best Actor award went to Diljit Dosanjh for his stunning performance in Amar Singh Chamkila. Expressing his gratitude,
Diljit said, “Thank you to the Film Critics Guild for this award, bohot bohot shukriya for considering me worthy of this honour. I dedicate this award to Amar Singh Chamkila and to Imtiaz sir, who brought this beautiful film to life. I just had the chance to be a part of it—it was entirely Imtiaz sir’s hard work. A big thank you to the entire cast and crew of the film.” Meanwhile, Darshana Rajendran was named Best Actress for her outstanding role in Paradise.
Ravi Kishan’s brilliant performance in Laapataa Ladies earned him Best Supporting Actor, while Kani Kusruti won Best Supporting Actress for Girls Will Be Girls. In the Web Series segment, Poacher emerged as a big winner, securing the Best Web Series award. Nimisha Sajayan won Best Actress for her role in Poacher, while Barun Sobti claimed Best Actor for Raat Jawaan Hai.
The Short Films category was dominated by Obur, winning Best Short Film along with multiple accolades. Harish Khanna won Best Actor for Jal Tu Jalaal Tu, and Jyoti Dogra won Best Actress for Taak (Tracker).
