Cristiano Ronaldo is in talks with WWE to appear at their Crown Jewel event on November 4, as the company travels to Saudi Arabia. Interestingly, his team, Al Nassr will play on the same day which means we might not get a surprise in-ring appearance. But, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner could make a ringside appearance in the crowd.Â
In doing so, he would join the likes of former Manchester United teammate Wayne Rooney, Tyson Fury, and various MMA fighters as well as NFL athletes to appear at WWE events.
Cristiano Ronaldo to appear at WWE Crown Jewel on November 4Â

The aim behind Ronaldo’s appearance will be to draw more attention to the event and to help boost WWE’s reach in the Middle East. The Portuguese forward has been involved in several business endeavours following his departure from Europe, and the WWE collaboration will be the latest in a list of such partnerships.
The only way that Cristiano Ronaldo would have made an in-ring appearance is if John Cena was involved. But, with the icon committed to Hollywood work and Ronaldo also playing on the same day, it seems unlikely that we will see much of him at the event.
The Crown Jewel match card will see Roman Reigns return to defend his title with a main-event bout against the crowd-favourite LA Knight while Seth Rollins puts his World Heavyweight Title on the line against Drew McIntyre.
