Cristiano Ronaldo remembers why Old Trafford is known as the Threatre of Dreams after his debut brace

Cristiano Ronaldo made his second Manchester United debut on 11th September against Newcastle United. After a year of matches behind closed doors due to Covid 19, the Old Trafford was packed up with supporters eager to see Ronaldo play for United again.

Cristiano Ronaldo started the game and showed everyone why is the best in world football, still going strong at 36 years of age. He broke the deadlock which clearly showcased his anticipation for goals.

The second goal came in the first half when Luke Shaw gave a through ball and Ronaldo’s first touch was absolutely magnificent which put him through on goal and then a brilliant powerful shot through the keeper’s legs made it 2-0.

It was a dream start to life at Old Trafford for Ronaldo in his second stint. He now remembers once again why Old Trafford is known as the Threatre of Dreams.

Cristiano Ronaldo wrote on Instagram: “My return to Old Trafford was just a brief reminder of why this stadium is known as the Theater of Dreams. For me, it has always been a magical place where you can achieve everything you set your mind into.”

“Along with all my teammates and with the amazing support that we always get from the stands, we face the road ahead with confidence and optimism that we’ll all be celebrating together in the end.”

“Proud to be back at Man. United and playing in the Premier League once again, but above all, happy to help the team!”

“Let’s go, Devils! 💪🏽🙏🏽”
