Cristiano Ronaldo has promptly denied any agreement of his with Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr. The Portugal international spoke after their 6-1 win against Switzerland in the 2022 World Cup, amidst rumours that he had agreed a deal with the Middle Eastern club.
The rumours suggested that Ronaldo had agreed a mammoth contract worth €200 million including image rights for two and a half years. But, the man himself has denied any such talks.

The veteran exited Manchester United by mutual agreement after his interview with Piers Morgan. He publicly criticised Erik Ten Hag, the board, and the younger players at the club – which was not received very well by the club. And shortly after, the two parties decided to go their separate ways.
Bayern Munich were one of the clubs rumoured to be interested in signing the player. But, they have ruled themselves out of the race to sign Cristiano Ronaldo since he doesn’t fit with their system.
Al-Nassr tried to sign Ronaldo during the summer transfer window as well. But, they failed to persuade the player tand the club to let him go. Now, though, he will be able to join as a free agent since he has no club.
His entourage maintains that he is focused on the 2022 World Cup with Portugal, and that a decision on his future will only be made after the tournament.
