Some love stories are written on film sets. That’s exactly how it happened for **Colours Swathi**, who has tied the knot with **Srikanth Nagothi**, the director of her last big-screen outing, *Month of Madhu*. The wedding took place in a private, close-knit ceremony on 8th July 2026, and the actress shared the happy news with fans through a simple, heartfelt social media post captioned “Hitched.”

## From Co-Workers to Life Partners

Swathi and Srikanth’s bond reportedly grew during the making of *Month of Madhu*, the romantic drama that also starred Naveen Chandra and became her final lead role before she stepped back from acting. Sometimes the best real-life stories start behind the camera, not in front of it.

The couple kept the celebration intimate, away from the media glare, choosing a private ceremony over a big-fat wedding — a choice that feels increasingly relatable for public figures wanting to protect personal moments.
