Cole Palmer was the star of Chelsea’s chaotic 4-2 win over Brighton. The talismanic number 10 scored four goals in the first half of the game to become the first player to ever achieve the feat in the history of the Premier League.
His attempts at goal started and ended with a glaring miss, and he acknowledged that he could have had five or six. However, he still had an incredible performance and now has more goal contributions than games for Chelsea this season.

The former Manchester City player has been delivering ever since he made his debut for Chelsea last season. And he has continued to follow up his performances with an incredible start to the season this year, too.
Palmer could have had a couple of assists if Nicolas Jackson and Noni Madueke took their chances in front of goal. But unlike him, his teammates lacked the clinical edge in front of goal to extend their lead.
Having recently extended his contract till 2033, Chelsea will be feeling safe that they have arguably the best player in the Premier League tied down for the next decade.
