The blockbuster dream is officially dead. Despite a star-studded cast, Cocktail 2 has hit a terminal velocity decline.

With a brutal 75% drop in week two, the film has stalled at Rs 80.30 crore. Analysts are calling it a certified flop, as the theatrical run prepares for an early exit.

The sequel’s fizzle proves that high-wattage star power can't save a weak narrative.
