### Why This Watch Is Turning Heads

[Smartwatches](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smartwatch) at this price point usually come with painful trade-offs — a plasticky build, weak GPS, or a dim display. The CMF Watch 3 Pro throws that rulebook out.

The combination of dual-band GPS, an AI-powered running coach, 4-channel heart rate tracking, ChatGPT integration, and 13-day battery life makes it one of the best budget smartwatches in India in 2026. The **dual-band L1+L5 GPS** is genuinely a big deal here — faster locks, more accurate tracking whether you’re running through crowded lanes or hiking trails. And the **ChatGPT integration** via Nothing OS lets you set reminders and get answers right from your wrist without pulling out your phone.

The 1.43-inch AMOLED display delivers vibrant colours with ultra-thin bezels, and compared to the CMF Watch Pro 2, the screen-to-body ratio has improved by 10 percent. That’s a noticeable upgrade in everyday use.

The Watch 3 Pro delivers up to 13 days of battery life under typical use — a 2-day increase from CMF Watch Pro 2 — and around 4.5 days with Always-On Display enabled, with a full charge taking just 99 minutes. - **Dual-band GPS** replacing single-band
- **4-channel heart rate sensor** for better accuracy across skin tones
- **ChatGPT voice prompts** — a first for CMF
- **Essential News digests** and voice recording with transcription
