## Episode 7 Recap — Tae-seop Rises, Sang-a Makes Her Move

Episode 7 opens with Tae-seop gaining massive public support as a presidential candidate, quickly turning into a serious political contender. At the same time, Sang-ah lands a film role — a major career step forward.

But nothing comes easy. Yang-mi continues to create problems for both of them. Sang-ah, realising she was being replaced by Jeong-won in a movie by WR, decides to confront Yang-mi directly — and makes a bold offer: she’ll bring Tae-seop over to Yang-mi’s side in exchange for the film role.

The deal works. Both Sang-a and Tae-seop emerge stronger — but the partnership with Yang-mi is a devil’s bargain that will soon come due.

## Episode 8 Recap — “Shadow” Surfaces, and the Sex Tape Changes Everything

In Episode 8, set against a razor-thin race ahead of the general election, Tae-seop joins hands with Kwon Jong-uk to launch a counterattack targeting Lee Yang-mi. Suspicions surrounding slush funds tied to the film “Four Seasons” and the emergence of a key figure known as “Shadow” shake up the political landscape.

On the film set of “Four Seasons,” Chu Sang-ah and Hwang Jeong-won face each other again. Having confirmed their feelings for each other with a kiss earlier, the two surprise everyone with a bold same-sex bed scene, blurring the lines between acting and reality.

Then comes Yang-mi’s masterstroke. Yang-mi had claimed she would make Tae-seop come to her on his knees — and on election day itself, a video gets posted online. The video is a sex tape, most likely featuring Sang-ah and Jeong-won, creating utter chaos for everyone. [Leisurebyte](https://leisurebyte.com/climax-episode-8-review/)
