Chelsea are currently exploring the option of bringing back former Chelsea man and Belgian captain from Real Madrid after reports have emerged that now Real Madrid have finally run out of patience with regard to Eden Hazard as he has only made 21 appearances for the Los Blancos and having scored only 5 goals.
In his 7-year stay at Stamford Bridge he has managed to maintain impressive G/A stats each and every season but that shine seems to have disappeared in Madrid.
Eden Hazard had moved from Chelsea to Real Madrid for a massive price of £88 million but now Real Madrid are willing to sell him for as low as £51 million not to mention Eden Hazard’s massive contribution to Real Madrid’s wage bill.
Adding on to that, new Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti is willing to get rid of Eden Hazard as they preparing for a massive bid for the Norwegian striker Erling Halaand at a price of £170 million.
Further on, Chelsea’s head coach Thomas Tuchel is also looking for an alternative in the striker position due to their current striker Timo Werner failing to capitalize on majority of chances and key passes having scored only 6 goals in 35 appearances for the Blues throughout the season.
According to a reliable source close to the first team management a following statement was made “Werner is not unhappy at Chelsea, far from it but he also knows the club are looking at a new striker so if he has to move on, he is prepared to do so.”
In addition to that, FC Bayern and Paris-Saint Germain are also closely viewing the situation but however are yet to make a decision on the following.
