Chelsea’s potential deal to sign Samu Omorodion is now considered off after major issues came up. The Blues are now in talks with Atletico Madrid for the transfer of Joao Felix.
Conor Gallagher’s transfer has not been announced yet, but the player has completed his medical and is reportedly in training with the Rojiblancos already. While the deal for the England international is not expected to collapse, Felix’s inclusion in the deal is a late addition and twist.

The Portugal international spent the second half of the 22-23 season on loan at Chelsea. However, Mauricio Pochettino didn’t allow for a return of the striker even though he and the club were both interested in a return.
Now, with Enzo Maresca in charge, Joao Felix could return to Chelsea. Personal terms have already been agreed with Felix’s agent, Jorge Mendes. A club to club agreement is pending, and is vital for the move to go through.
If the 24-year-old indeed returns to West London, Raheem Sterling could make way. Noni Madueke could also be on his way out in case a decent offer arrives for him. It now remains to be seen how this late twist pans out.
