MSI announced that GE76 Raider Dragon Edition Tiamat to displace the GT Titan series as MSI’s flagship gaming laptop for 2021. The company took the opportunity of CES 2021 to announce this.
The GE76 has two different variants. One has the first SKU features a relatively minimalist design and is essentially a larger 2020 GE66 Raider and the other one is the Dragon Edition Tiamat named after the all-powerful Babylonian Goddess. But both have the MSI’s signature SteelSeries RGB chassis lighting on the bottom frame.
GE76 is being powered by the Core i9-10980HK CPU. GPU options include the RTX 3080 Mobile in the 10UH variant and the RTX 3070 Mobile in the 10UG variant. It will have a 17.3-inch display.
It will also have the Core i9-10980HK is up to 64 GB of DDR4-3200 RAM and 2x NVMe PCIe Gen3 SSDs. The MSI GE76 Raider will not disappoint and include an assortment of USB port types. A 20 Gbps USB 3.2 Gen2x2 port is offered.
All the details about the price and the availability will be disclosed in the next few weeks. People will have to wait for that some time.
