CCPA Issues Notice to Apple Over iPhone Issues After iOS 18+

Keeping in tandem with the complaints, India’s Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) has sent Apple Inc. a notice regarding the performance change users have experienced on their iPhones post-update to iOS 18+. The warning comes after complaints were received through the National Consumer Helpline, with complaints that device performance had been reduced and that technical malfunctions had sprouted up after the update was pushed out.
