The majority of The Family Plan was filmed in Georgia, specifically in the cities of Atlanta, Canton, and Clermont. Principal photography for the film started in Atlanta in October 2022. In addition to the family’s usual vacation spot of Las Vegas, other scenes in the movie were shot in Buffalo, New York.
