Los Blancos have accepted an offer worth €60 million plus €10 million in add-ons for the Brazilian. Casemiro will sign a contract until 2026 with the option for one more year. It was previously reported that United had offered the player double his current salary.

However, that is not true, but the financial offer is still a massive one from the Premier League club. Despite the transfer going through relatively fast, Casemiro won’t be available in time for United’s match against Liverpool.

The medical assessment and visa is expected to take time. Once the formalities are completed, the contracts will be signed and he will be officially unveiled as a new Manchester United player.

Erik Ten Hag’s side are now pushing to sign Antony from Ajax, even though the Eredivisie champions are unwilling to sell the player this late in the transfer window.
