With the move, Gennaro Gattuso will be losing one of his best players on a permanent basis. The start to the season has not been the best, and the move for Carlos Soler will not make things any easier for the new manager.

He has been given Edinson Cavani and Samu Castillejo, but will have a huge task ahead to get a good result. On the other hand, PSG can now boast of an ambitious midfield that will provide stability to the team.

They have signed Renato Sanches, Vitinha and [Fabian Ruiz](https://technosports.co.in/2022/08/30/fabian-ruiz-to-join-psg-for-e23-mill/)already. Luis Campos was keen on signing Soler as a player for the present and future. And with the quick negotiations, they have gotten the deal over the line without much hassle. As a result, we can expect a lot under Christophe Galtier in his first season in charge of the club.
