1. Cancellation Process
1.1 Monthly Subscription: Customers who wish to cancel their monthly subscription can do so at any time by visiting their account settings on the Website. Upon cancellation, customers will not be billed for any future months, and their access to the Subscription content and benefits will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused portions of the monthly Subscription.
1.2 Yearly Subscription: Customers who wish to cancel their yearly subscription can do so at any time by visiting their account settings on the Website. Upon cancellation, customers will retain access to the Subscription content and benefits until the end of the paid subscription period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining duration of the yearly Subscription after cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Monthly Subscription: Customers who have been charged for a month of the Subscription but wish to obtain a refund must submit a refund request to the Website’s customer support within 3 days from the date of the charge. Refund requests will only be considered for the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for previous months. Refunds may be issued at the discretion of the Website and will be processed within 7 days of the refund request. The refunded amount will be the subscription fee charged for the current billing cycle only, and no refunds will be provided for any taxes, fees, or other charges.
2.2 Yearly Subscription: Customers who have been charged for a year of the Subscription but wish to obtain a refund must submit a refund request to the Website’s customer support within 7 days from the date of the charge. Refund requests will only be considered for the current yearly subscription and no refunds will be issued for previous years. Refunds may be issued at the discretion of the Website and will be processed within 7 days of the refund request. The refunded amount will be the subscription fee charged for the current year only, and no refunds will be provided for any taxes, fees, or other charges.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues, service interruptions, or other unforeseen events that prevent customers from accessing the Subscription content, the Website may provide refunds or credits at its sole discretion.
