Call of Duty: Unlock TR2 Rifle, Slipstream Perk in Shadow Hunt Event

The new Shadow Hunt event is now live in Call of Duty for Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 2. This temporary event includes in-game tasks for players to complete in exchange for a new marksman rifle in addition to a perk and weapon attachment. The event runs until February 20, and it represents the midpoint of Season 2. Players can unlock exclusive rewards by completing a series of challenges across multiplayer, Zombies, and Warzone modes.

The event features six challenges, each offering a different reward. The TR2 marksman rifle is the final challenge completion Mastery reward. The rewards include the Unburied Hatchet spray, which can be earned by one of three challenges: 50,000 score in multiplayer, 30 rounds in Zombies, or 5 contracts in Warzone.

Another reward is the Stealth Hunter emblem, which is earned by achieving 100 eliminations with a suppressor-equipped weapon in multiplayer mode, 500 critical kills with a suppressor in Zombies, or 3 headshots in Warzone. Win 5 multiplayer matches, while exfiltrating with 3 operators in Zombies, or play through 5 matches in Warzone to unlock the Wolfhound weapon charm for your weapons. You can also unlock a Double XP token that rewards you with 1 hour of double XP through the completion of challenges in multiplayer, Zombies, or Warzone.

The event also features a new Slipstream perk that increases base sprint speed but disables Tac-Sprint. This new perk can be unlocked by completing challenges in multiplayer, Zombies, or Warzone. Additionally, players can unlock the Binary Trigger weapon attachment for the Tanto .22 submachine gun by completing challenges in the different modes. Finally, the TR2 marksman rifle is the Mastery reward for completing all six event challenges, along with 7,500 XP. BlackCell pass owners will also receive the Black Diamond operator skin for Bayan as a bonus reward.
