Bukayo Saka is close to making a new deal with Arsenal

Reports state that the England international is very close to signing a new deal with the Premier League table toppers, i.e., Arsenal. Several talks are going on from both parties over a fresh deal that is yet to be made official, and the agreement is estimated to be very close.

Bukayo Saka has been among the most important players for Arsenal, and one of the major reasons why the Gunners are the table toppers is him. He has registered nine goals along with eight assists in 23 league matches, and Arsenal is close to winning the title.

Bukayo Saka’s contract to end in 2024

Reports state that Saka’s contract was due to end in 2024. However, it seems like the Gunners will do something before the contract ends and issue a new contract soon. They have every positive reason not to let Bukayo Saka go, and they will certainly not make the mistake of making him a free agent and allowing other clubs to opt for him. He has been brilliant on the pitch and will play an important role indeed in the remaining season for Arsenal.

A good time for the Gunners

Bukayo Saka certainly has made a good time by playing for Arsenal since the years he debuted. He joined the Hale End academy at the age of seven and made his first team debut for the Gunners in November 2018. At present, a new contract is on the verge of getting official, and reportedly, it will have a worth of 10 million pounds, and it will eventually keep him in the club until 2028.

Keeping him at the club with a new contract will certainly boost Arsenal’s confidence to a great extent as they are going to chase their first league title in 19 years. It is to be seen what happens between the England international and the current best in the Premier League.
