BSNL’s ₹599 Work from Home Prepaid Plan to provide 5GB/day for 90 days

BSNL launched its new prepaid tariff voucher plan for the wireless consumers keeping in mind the Work from Home scenario during this pandemic. The plan is called Combo599 that costs ₹599 and valid for 90 days.

The consumers of this plan will get 5GB of high-speed data per day for the next 90 days. After completion of the 5GB high-speed data in a day, the speed will be reduced to 80kbps. Along with the internet facility, on each day you will get 250 minutes free call duration to any network all over India and 100 SMSes. If you exceed the 250 minutes limit, the company will charge as per your base plan.

To avail this new plan, you need to send an SMS ‘STV COMBO599’ to 123. The COMBO599 plan is firstly revealed by the BSNL Chennai on their official Twitter page. Then confirmed the availability, to NDTV, in allover India. Though, there are only two exceptions i.e. J&K and Nicobar Islands.

Before the launch of this plan, BSNL previously already made available the Work@Home plan for its landline customers, under that one can get 5 GB daily data at 10 Mbps speed. Post completion, the speed will reduce to 1 Mbps. A long term plan also comes to the market with daily 250 minutes of call and 100 SMSes for 600 days at ₹2399.
