Bridgerton Season 5 is officially filming under codename “New Cross.” Author Julia Quinn promises a visually stunning masterpiece, featuring the franchise’s first queer female romance between Francesca and Michaela. While Nicola Coughlan’s Penelope takes a step back for new projects, fresh cast additions are expanding the Regency drama. Expect this highly anticipated, groundbreaking chapter to grace screens by summer 2027.
