The Bridgerton universe is expanding! Netflix has green-lit a new prequel series focusing on the early romance between young Violet and Viscount Edmund Bridgerton. Shonda Rhimes is back at the helm, and fan-favorite Arséma Thomas officially confirmed her return as Lady Danbury. While the release is expected by 2027, this fresh chapter promises to dive deep into the Bridgerton family origins.
