Biostar’s Radeon RX 6750 XT and RX 6650 XT graphics cards have also leaked online, following ASUS, ASRock, and PowerColor. Biostar is exploring a dual-fan option for its AMD RX 6750 XT model, after previously adding three fans to the Extreme series, such as the AMD RX 6700 XT Extreme model.
This card may be aimed at gamers and consumers wishing to save money on a competent graphics card that is less expensive than prior models.
The most serious issue with Biostar’s new AMD RX 6750 XT is that we know the AMD model has a higher TDP than previous models (it sits at 250W power consumption). It will also have a Navi 22-based graphics engine with 2560 Stream Processors, and Biostar’s version will come with 12GB of GDDR6 RAM and an 18 GBps base clock. Users may be concerned since they have a dual-fan design rather than a triple-fan layout. Biostar might be thinking that the card won’t need as much power as other cards.
AMD’s RX 6650 XT will be sporting an upgraded cooling technology
The AMD RX 6650 XT model, on the other hand, will get upgraded cooling technologies, featuring a more aesthetically pleasant glossy surface and a substantially larger heatsink compared to the previous AMD RX 6600 XT aluminum block design. The graphics card will be based on the Navi 23 graphics card technology, which features 2048 Stream Processors but is limited by a TBP of 180W. It will be shipped with 17.5 Gbps memory, which is different from the RX 6750 XT and 6950 XT variants.
The next next-generation AMD graphics cards are scheduled to be released on May 10, 2022. According to reports, the corporation is already shifting its focus to more contemporary technologies and focusing on more innovative items in the future years. The three graphics cards will be the last in the RDNA2 series, after which the company will transition to RDNA3.
