## **What Is Kuku Ki Kundli About?**

Kuku Ki Kundli is a family-friendly romantic comedy that follows a **hopeless romantic** whose dreams of a perfect love story are dramatically derailed after a “complication” in his *kundli* triggers complete family chaos.

There is something deeply, joyously Indian about a love story going wrong because of astrology — and this premise understands that completely. Kuku is a man whose heart is fully ready for love, but the stars apparently have other plans. When your *kundli* becomes the villain of your own love story, what do you do? You fight back — and things get beautifully messy in the process. It’s the kind of concept that feels instantly relatable to anyone who has ever had a family member consult a pandit before approving a relationship.

## **🌟 A Film That Means Something for Bhuvan Bam**

Kuku Ki Kundli marks a significant transition for Bhuvan Bam — from creator-led fame built on YouTube and *Dhindora* to mainstream Dharma Productions cinema. This is the moment BB officially crosses over into the film industry’s biggest league — Dharma, Sharan Sharma, and Karan Johar’s creative instinct behind him.

Director **Sharan Sharma** — the filmmaker behind the National Award-winning *Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl* — brings a filmmaker’s sensitivity for real, grounded storytelling to a genre built on warmth and family dynamics. That pedigree matters enormously here.

**Wamiqa Gabbi** — who will also be seen in *Bhooth Bangla* next month alongside Akshay Kumar — completes a pairing that feels fresh, fun, and commercially savvy all at once.
