The teaser dropped on March 12, featuring Akshay in a spooky new look — dangling in a motion poster with a playful caption that said “Just hangin’ around.” The team has confirmed that the full trailer will roll out digitally first, followed by a theatrical attachment with **Dhurandhar 2** starting March 19. As an insider revealed, the strategy is intentional — the target audiences overlap significantly, and the scale of Dhurandhar 2 provides the perfect launchpad.

This kind of [horror-comedy](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Horror_comedy) genre blending has always resonated deeply with Indian audiences, and given the powerhouse ensemble — including Tabu, Paresh Rawal, Wamiqa Gabbi, Rajpal Yadav, and Asrani — expectations are sky-high.
