Bhool Bhulaiya, Bollywood’s one of the highly appreciated horror comedy-drama films featured by Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan become a blockbuster hit. The official trailer just launched a few hours ago and seems like the wait is over.
This time the horror vibe is higher and Manjulika will return with more power. The film will also already provides a high dose of entertainment. The story loaded with humour and horror has yet to drop in this year. In the second part, we will see Kartik Aryan and the gorgeous Kiara Advani in the lead role.
Bhool Bhulaiya 2: Plot
Bhool Bhulaiya 2’ is mainly a basic sequel of the latest supernatural thriller drama having the same name. The first part of the movie was mainly a remake of a Malayalam Blockbuster ‘Manichitrathazhu’.
The story of the film has been helmed by Anees Bazmee as the film enhanced of celebs. After taking to Instagram, Kartik who also has now stepped into Akshay Kumar’s shoes and wrote the caption, “Rooh Baba is coming Beware Manjulika!!”
The official trailer opens with a dark night haveli scene, and also the iconic song, ‘Ami j Tomar, Sudhu j Tomar’ in the background that literally creates a horrible ambience. After that, we have heard the voice of Tabu who reveals that after 15 years the door has once again been knocked by someone, and shows that door in which Manjulika was locked.
Manjulika is not an ordinary spirit, she is a spirit with the knowledge of black magic, to free the haveli from ghosts Kartik Aryan aka Rooh baba takes a stylist entry and appears in black attire with a black sunglass.
He has the ability to see dead people, he claims that he was raised among ghosts. There are many funny scenes in the film. In the song of Bhool Bhulaiya, the trailer introduced Kiara Advani and Kartik Aaryan dancing, and romance, and the actress is looking gorgeous in the pink dress. Both of them fall in love and start to spend time together, and also kiss each other’s lips. The comedy of Rajpal Yadav will give a high scene of comedy to the film. He is a man who is a genuine comedy king, the looks, the body language, and the way he tells dialogue literally make the film the funniest one.
Kiara Advani starts to tell Kartik Aaryan that there is no Manjulika just only labyrinth. In a scene, Tabu warned Kartik Aryan that Manjulika is someone different from other spirits, but one night after getting drunk with the uncle, and makes the mistake, as he comes in front of the locked door and unlocking it. After that, the deadly spirit comes outside with a witchery look and shouts louder, one scene shows the spirit is landing on the ground.
Kartik Aaryan’s doubt becomes clear after he sees the legs automatically moving the turn in the opposite direction, and this time spirit come is Kiara Advani we have seen her sit on a chair and dance like a witch, holding Kartik Aaryan and claims that, “I am Manjulika” that’s very horrible. After that, the spirit starts to attack people, and many supernatural activities start happening in the haveli. Everyone is blaming Kartik Aaryan, each moment of the film fills with twists and turns, the ending is very interesting as it reveals Kartik Aaryan also singing in a male voice “Ami j Tomar” song.

The film features Tabu, the film has been produced by Bhusan Kumar, Murad Khetani, and Krishan Kumar under the banners of T-Series and Cine 1 Studios. It has been written by Farhad Samji and Aakash Kaushik. The director is Anees Bazmee. The film fatures Kartik Aryan, Kiara Advani, Tabu, Rajpal Yadav, Sanjay Mishra in lead roles.
Bhool Bhulaiya 2: Release Date
The film at first set to release in July 2020, after that it was slated to drop on 25th March 2022, but now it is once again delayed to 20th May 2022. If you take a comparison I can say one thing Vidya Balan’s Manjulika look and body language were more horrible than Kiara Advani’s.
