When a Malayalam dark comedy grows stronger with every passing week, you know Kerala audiences have found something truly special.

Most films peak on opening day and gradually fade out. **Bharathanatyam 2 Mohiniyattam** is doing the exact opposite — and that reverse trajectory is what makes its box office story so fascinatingThe Day 17 Milestone

Saiju Kurup’s dark comedy drama recorded its biggest single-day collection on Day 17, adding Rs. 1.90 crore to the tally — a figure that is 73% higher than its opening day collection of Rs. 0.50 crore. That brought the 17-day Kerala total to **Rs. 21.20 crore gross**.

Think about that for a moment. A film that opened at just Rs. 50 lakh is now posting its biggest number nearly three weeks in. That kind of growth is genuinely rare.
