The highly anticipated Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) 3.8 update is set to arrive in May 2025, bringing a fresh wave of content, including a new themed mode, an IP collaboration, and the launch of the A13 Royale Pass packed with exciting rewards.

According to recent leaks, the A13 Royale Pass will feature a collaboration with Attack on Titan, offering exclusive cosmetics inspired by the anime. These allegedly consist of themed character outfits, backpack and helmet skins, a voice pack, and a unique parachute denouement.
You can also expect new UAZ, P90, MK14 skins, and an upgradable NS2000 shotgun in the game. There’s also a Molotov cocktail skin, a new dagger, and up to six emotes. Though these leaks provide an exciting preview, the final reward list will be opened after the go-live of the update.
The highlight of the update is a new mode, themed after Steampunk Frontier, which adds a visually new battleground based around a railway theme. The primary controlling area of Aetherholm serves as a passenger station, clock tower, and secret elevator-accessible room.
With special loot, players can call in a cargo train to roll into the station. Other points of interest include Cargo Hub, a dual-zone freight way station that allows for speedy transportation between a large and small urban area interconnected by train tracks.
Hot Air Balloons are high-altitude observation stations around the map that let you glide. The smaller rural Train Platforms serve as seinen skirmish zones, and the Rollercoaster Checkpoint lets players ride a coasting thrill and snap special moments in-game. The BGMI 3.8 update is expected to release in the second week of May 2025, promising a blend of tactical gameplay enhancements, exciting cosmetics, and creative exploration for players across all skill levels.
