The BCCI just launched six high-tech indoor academies across North-East India, headlined by a massive ₹23 crore facility in Sikkim. Featuring state-of-the-art gyms and all-weather training, these hubs are designed to unlock untapped regional talent. By decentralizing elite infrastructure, the BCCI is building a future-proof pipeline, ensuring every young cricketer has a professional path to the national stage.
