Bayern Munich are planning a double swoop for Ajax’s Noussair Mazraoui and Ryan Gravenberch in the summer transfer window. They are in advanced negotiations for both players and are hopeful of finalising them in the coming days and weeks.

The officials of the Bavarian club met Mino Raiola in Monaco to discuss the Ryan Gravenberch deal that they have been pursuing for months, and have registered their interest in Mazraoui as well.

Bayern Munich in final stages of Mazraoui and Gravenberch deals

Noussair Mazraoui was strongly linked with Barcelona for the last few months. The Moroccan right-back’s contract expires in the summer, and he will be able to join a club of his choosing in the summer.

Barcelona had made him a tempting €5 million per season offer, but he hadn’t accepted their proposal. And as a result, Bayern Munich joined the race for the defender.

Ryan Gravenberch would cost Die Roten a sum around €15-20 million, which Ajax are trying to increase. The playmaker’s contract expires in 2023, and will have to be sold in the summer. Or else, he will be able to walk out of the club for free when his deal runs out.

Bayern Munich chairman Oliver Kahn and first team manager Julian Nagelsmann have been in direct contact with Mazraoui over the last few weeks. And now, it seems like a matter of time before the two Ajax players are on their way to Bavaria.
