Sunny Deol’s post-Gadar 2 momentum has hit a brick wall. *Batwara 1947* is plummeting, netting just Rs 28 crore in six days. Analysts project a dismal Rs 45 crore total lifetime run.

- **Why the flop?** The film’s narrative shift lacks the patriotic intensity fans demanded.
- **The Verdict:** Without Tara Singh’s mass appeal, this big-budget drama is failing to ignite the screens.
