The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S23 series is across everyone’s mouth and its launch is in a few days only, just prior to that the tipster Ice universe has shared an important fact though. We knew Samsung will keep no tables unturned for its upcoming flagship lineup and so the Galaxy S23 series will sport the latest LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.
However, interestingly, the 128GB version of the Galaxy S23 will sport UFS 3.1 storage, not UFS 4.0, which is quite strange to be fair. Well, if you compare Samsung’s own UFS 3.1 and 4.0 storage, you will notice while the former can deliver read speeds up to 2100MB/s, the latter literally doubles that speed to 4200 MB/s.
Explaining the reason why Samsung actually chose to go down this road is primarily that Samsung no longer seems to produce 128GB UFS 4.0 storage. As only Kioxia is the one having 128GB UFS 4.0 storage, Samsung won’t ever think of going to a third party which is why probably Samsung will stick with its own UFS 3.1 storage for the 128GB variant.

The rear camera specifications are unchanged, but since the front camera has a 12MP resolution, the output should be 10MP, like the S22. The batteries of the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ will each receive a 200mAh boost, giving them capacities of 3900mAh and 4700mAh, respectively.
The S23 will still be capable of 25W charging, and the S23+ will still be capable of 45W fast charging. They will have Wireless PowerShare and Qi wireless charging capabilities.

This new 200MP ISOCELL HP2 sensor will be the primary 200MP camera for the upcoming Galaxy S23 Ultra.
