Barcelona is closing in on Racing Santander’s 19-year-old defensive sensation, Jorge Salinas. Outpacing Atletico Madrid, the Catalans aim to secure the versatile fullback before June ends.

With seven assists last season, Salinas is a modern tactical weapon. This data-driven move signals a bold shift toward high-potential youth, fortifying Barcelona’s defensive future with elite, adaptable talent for the long haul.
