At 65, Balakrishna just redefined dedication. While filming a high-octane sequence for *NBK111*, the legend suffered a muscle tear. Instead of slowing down, he’s opting for minor surgery to get back in the game. Fans are hailing his raw, old-school commitment to stunts. The production is currently paused, but the star is ready to dominate the screen again soon!
