Atalanta have completed the transfer of Sassuolo winger Jeremie Boga. The club has confirmed the arrival of the player, and he will be wearing the number 10 shirt with La Dea.
Boga has been signed on a loan deal until the summer, and the transfer will then become permanent with a reported fee of €22 million plus add-ons. This will see the 25-year-old become the most expensive signing in the history of the club.

Jeremie Boga was named the player with the most completed dribbles in Serie A, for the 2021 calendar year. He is a pacey, and just as skillful winger, preferring to attack down the left wing.
He joined Sassuolo from Chelsea in 2018, and has made 98 Serie A appearances in the black and green outfit, scoring 18 goals and providing seven assists.
This season, the player has only made 12 appearances in Serie A and has provided three assists, despite not scoring for Sassuolo yet. He was struggling with fever and other physical issues which hindered his playing time this season. He will now be featuring for Atalanta, and can be considered a permanent member of the squad.
He is an international player for Ivory Coast, and has earned seven caps for the national team. Boga is currently on international duty with his country, participating in the African Cup of Nations.
