ASUS launches a bunch of Vivobook laptops with new 13th Gen Intel chips

Recently, ASUS India launched a bunch of new laptops including the Zenbook Pro 14 Duo OLED with new Intel’s 13th Gen processors and that includes a lot of affordable Vivobook laptops as well. You have the new Vivobook Pro 16 OLED (K6602) and Vivobook Pro 15 OLED (K6502), along with the Vivobook 14X/14X OLED (K3405) and Vivobook 16X (K3605) laptops. 

 With the launch of these devices, ASUS has set its sights on the creator community, tapping into genres of ever-increasing numbers of content creators, vloggers, and 3D graphic designers. With the latest 13th Gen Intel processors along with ample RAM and storage to enhance performance while seamlessly taking on any task that the creator can think of. 

The pricing of the Vivobook Pro 15/16 OLED Lineup from INR 122,990, the Vivobook 14X OLED lineup from INR 79,990 onwards, Vivobook 14X at INR 72,990 onwards, Vivobook 16X at INR 68,990 and will be available online and offline.

New ASUS Vivobook laptops powered by 13th Gen Intel processors

The ASUS Vivobook laptop series comes in a variety of models with different display sizes and features. The Vivobook Pro 16 OLED (K6602) boasts a 16” 3.2K (3200 x 2000) 120Hz ASUS Lumina OLED display that produces precise and accurate details, with 100% DCI-P3 and Pantone validated colours, and a contrast ratio of 1,000,000:1.

The device is powered by the latest 13th Gen Intel Core processors, up to an i9-13900H, and comes with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 with 6GB GDDR6 RAM with Studio drivers for an enhanced visual experience. Its 16GB DDR5 RAM is upgradable to 24GB, and storage up to 1TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD (3500MB/s) comes with 2 PCIe Gen 4 x4 slots for expansion.

The laptop also features a 96WHr battery with 150W AC fast-charging support, a fingerprint scanner with Windows Hello embedded into the power button, and a 1080p Full HD 3DNR webcam with a physical privacy shutter. For connectivity, the laptop has Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5, along with additional ports like Thunderbolt 4, USB 3.2 Gen 2, HDMI 2.1, RJ45 ethernet, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The Vivobook Pro 16 OLED comes in Quiet Blue and Cool Silver color finish.

The Vivobook Pro 15 OLED (K6502) is designed to be a comfortable 15.6” laptop that supports a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio, 0.2ms response time, up to 600-nit peak brightness, and 0.0005 nits of deep black brightness. It has an ultrawide color gamut of 100% DCI-P3 and HDR content support, and its display is also certified VESA DisplayHDR™ 600 True Black and PANTONE® Validated, ensuring accurate color and high dynamic contrast reproduction.

The device can be customized with up to Intel® Core™ i9-13900H processor and 32 GB 4800 MHz DDR5, and storage options up to 2 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD with dual M.2 Slot. It is equipped with a 70 WH battery, WiFi 6E, plus Bluetooth 5.2, and has ports ranging from Thunderbolt™ 4, a full-function USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, a full-sized HDMI 2.1, SD card reader, 3.5 mm Audio combo jack, and a RJ-45 gigabit lan port. The Vivobook Pro 15 OLED comes in Quiet Blue and Cool Silver color finish.

The Vivobook 14X/14X OLED (K3405) and 16X (K3605) series come in 14-inch or 16-inch display sizes respectively, both with a 16:10 aspect ratio and 0.2ms response time on OLED variants. The Vivobook 14X has a 2.8K (2880×1800) resolution at a 90 Hz refresh rate, while the Vivobook 16X has a WUXGA (1920 x 1200) resolution at a 120-Hz refresh rate. Both laptops boast a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio, up to 600-nit peak brightness, and 0.0005 nits of deep black brightness.

The displays have an ultrawide color gamut of 100% DCI-P3 and and HDR content support, the display is certified VESA DisplayHDR™ True Black 600 and PANTONE® Validated, ensuring accurate color and high dynamic contrast reproduction. Variants of both of these laptops are available with WUXGA IPS-level panels as well.
