Asus VivoBook Flip 14 TM420 with AMD Ryzen 4000U APUs launched in India, starts ₹ 49,990

If you have been looking for a good mid-range 2-in-1 laptop with the latest AMD Ryzen 4000U APUs, then Asus has brought a new 2-in-1 laptop for you. Apart from launching the premium and top-of-the-line Asus ROG Zephyrus G14, the Taiwan giant also announced its new VivoBook Flip 14 lineup with AMD Ryzen 4000 APUs. 

This laptop range starts at just ₹ 49,990, making it one of the most affordable 2-in-1 laptop housing the latest AMD processors. At its price can be a great notebook that is both portable and powerful along with long battery life.

Asus VivoBook Flip 14 TM420

This is a 2-in-1 convertible laptop featuring a 14-inch LED-backlit Full HD (1920 x 1080) display with 16:9 aspect ratio and 82% screen-to-body ratio. You get 3 options in terms of the APUs: the AMD Ryzen 3 4300U, Ryzen 5 4500U and Ryzen 7 4700U with 4, 6 and 8 cores respectively and without SMT but includes the integrated Vega graphics.

The laptop can be configured with 8 or 16 GB of LPDDR4x 3200 MHz RAM along with 256GB / 512GB / 1TB PCIe SSD options. It features a full-size backlit keyboard with 1.4mm key travel along with an HD Camera. On the connectivity front, you get Intel WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 support.

For ports we have 1 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, 1 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, 1 x USB 2.0, 1 x HDMI, 1 x Audio combo jack, 1 x MicroSD card reader, 1 x Kensington lock and a DC-in port. The laptop comes equipped with 3-cells 50Wh lithium-polymer battery which shall give you a decent amount of battery life along with fast charging support that lets you charge up to 60% in 49 minutes.

  1. Where did you get this info from ?? I couldn’t find anything on asus-india site. Its only available on the asus-global. How soon this might be available – couple or days-weeks-months ?

    • In days most probably, Asus did a formal event for the ROG Zephyrus G14 but never stressed on this laptop, instead showing a slide only. Its now available in the US as well, I have written about it recently as well.
