The ROG Academy stands as India’s first and longest-running esports incubator program, dedicated to equipping budding esports enthusiasts with the necessary resources, infrastructure, and expertise. Participants will engage in a comprehensive curriculum crafted by industry veterans, focusing on essential skills such as communication, individual prowess, and teamwork.
How It Works
Registration for Season 10 is currently open. Prospective candidates will participate in a series of tryouts, including in-game assessments, expert interviews, and psychometric tests. Following this rigorous selection process, six talented players will be chosen to join the ROG Team. These players will benefit from contracts, monthly stipends, internet bill compensation, and access to high-end ROG gear for remote practice.
Comprehensive Training and Opportunities
Under the guidance of a dedicated coach, participants will receive intensive training in game mechanics, teamwork, and competitive strategies. Beyond technical skills, the academy offers guest sessions covering sports psychology, PR, and esports management, providing a holistic development experience. Upon completing the program, players will earn a Certificate of Completion and an ex-gratia payment of INR 1 lakh.

ROG Academy not only enhances individual skills but also offers competitive experience through tournament participation. Last season, academy players competed in 21 tournaments, securing impressive placements and gaining exposure in the esports community.
