ASUS today announced that it has been listed on Forbes’ prestigious list of World’s Best Employers 2023 for the fourth consecutive year. With this achievement, ASUS has ranked on the World’s Best Employers list every year since its inception in 2020.

Based on an anonymous survey of more than 170,000 workers across 55 countries, the Net Promoter Score® was used to assess employee satisfaction. During this year, the company has achieved great success, improving its ranking by nearly 100 positions since last year, and achieving highly competitive scores both in the Direct and Indirect portions of the methodology. As for individual scores, ASUS had the highest Net Promoter Score (NPS) which is based on the question: “Will you recommend ASUS and its products to a friend or family member?” The company also scored extremely well in terms of image and working conditions.
