A lot of new gaming laptops have been launched at CES 2021 and will be making their way to the public soon. Among all of them, ASUS has a lot to offer undoubtedly but their new TUF Dash F15 gaming laptop did make some headlines as they feature Intel’s quad-core Tiger Lake-H CPUs along with beefier RTX 30-series GPUs.
Already the price of this thin and light gaming laptop reached an enormous level where reviewers totally separate it out but using budget NVIDIA GPUs could make this lot more usable. Now, here comes the name of the budget RTX 3050 Ti, which has been confirmed by ASUS itself via the 2021 TUF Dash F15 laptop’s product page.
It seems to have a codename of “GN20-P0” and as for the specs, the GeForce RTX 3050 Ti for the laptop is said to feature 4GB GDDR6 memory. It will use the new GA107 GPU that is supposed to sport fewer cores than the GA106 seen on the RTX 3060 with a 128-bit memory bus.
Apart from this, nothing has been leaked, but this suggests that NVIDIA would eventually announce the RTX 3050 Ti for laptops and desktops in the coming days. This ultra-portable gaming laptop powered by Intel’s Tiger Lake-H processors, and it makes sense as it’s a go-to gaming laptop with up to 16.6 hours of video playback.
A thin and lightweight as it is, it packs a Core i7-11375H, and GeForce RTX 3070 laptop GPU should give a handsome gaming experience. Now, with RTX 3050 Ti also people will have something to buy in the budget as well.
